Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Developer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring framework, and extensive knowledge of Spring integration. This role requires proficiency in XSLT processing, along with a solid understanding of design principles and patterns. The candidate should be able to design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications while ensuring best coding practices.

Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications using Java 8 and Spring framework.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Spring integration for seamless application connectivity.
- Work extensively with XSLT processing for data transformation and formatting needs.
- Apply best practices in object-oriented design and software development patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in Java-based applications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve code quality and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Spring framework.
- Hands-on experience with Spring integration for enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of XSLT processing and XML transformations.
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns to build scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in performance optimization of Java applications.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of modern development tools and best practices.
