10. Good problem-solving skills with ability to optimize solutions and handle moderate algorithmic challenges.
11. Solid grasp of low-level design; exposure to high-level design concepts.
12. Familiar with software engineering best practices—unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
13. Actively contributes to team discussions and codebase improvements.
