Your role in the Team

As a Senior Developer, you will be a pivotal member of our development team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will mentor junior developers, ensuring our development practices adhere to the highest standards

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions.

• Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and offer constructive feedback to team members.

• Troubleshoot performance issues and implement optimization strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Facilitate the integration of new technologies into existing systems, ensuring seamless transitions.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive technical innovation.

• Provide guidance to the team on Engineering Best Practices and processes

What you’ll need for this role

• Over 6+ years of experience working with back-end technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Java and J2EE.

• Hands-on experience with design patterns, Spring, Spring Boot, ORM frameworks like Hibernate, Kafka, and CI/CD tools such as Bamboo/Jenkins.

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), DBT, and Big Query.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with GCP.

• Solid understanding of the development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes and GitLab.

• Familiarity with distributed caching technologies such as Redis and Ignite is preferred.

• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and contributing to Agile development teams.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
