We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with experience to join our Nagpur office. You will lead the development of high-scale data processing systems, maintaining the technical excellence of our enterprise-grade microservices that handle real-time telemetry from thousands of vehicles globally. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building robust, scalable systems that power our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture: Design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices using Java 17, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
• Advanced Data Management: Build and optimize complex data layers using PostgreSQL for relational data, TimescaleDB for time-series telemetry, and MongoDB for flexible NoSQL storage.
• High-Velocity Streaming: Develop and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka to process high-frequency IoT data streams.
• System Performance: Implement advanced caching techniques and utilize Redis to ensure low-latency performance for our global enterprise clients.
• Technical Leadership: Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and champion software craftsmanship best practices.
• Scalable Integration: Build APIs for seamless integration with third-party systems, ERPs, and OEM hardware.
