You will play a key role in optimizing system health, automating processes, and supporting the growth and stability of our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using best practices and design patterns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Ideal ProfileQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of design patterns.6+ years of experience in a JAVA development, DevOps or similar role.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Java development, design patterns, and data structures and algorithmsHands-on experience with API developmentProficiency in design/event-driven architectureExtensive experience in 2 and 3 Tier Java development architectureDevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, Docker experience is a plusA proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and great communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer?Work in a company with a solid track record of performanceLeadership RoleAttractive Salary & Benefits
