Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with approximately 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies and will be capable of working across the full development lifecycle—from architecture and design to implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based backend services.
• Develop dynamic user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Integrate frontend and backend components to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development tools, processes, and culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 years of experience in Java development with strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong frontend experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend tooling.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Experience with Microservices architecture and API design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
