Overview
What Youll Do
- Build robust and scalable backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot for high-performance enterprise applications.
- Develop multithreaded systems optimized for large-scale data processing and responsiveness.
- Leverage your experience with ELK Stack to integrate logging and monitoring across services.
- Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD workflows, preferably with Concourse or similar tools.
- Take ownership of feature development while mentoring junior engineers and aligning deliverables with client expectations.
- Engage directly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and business alignment.
- Strong command over Core Java concepts and real-world application in Spring Boot framework.
- Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing multithreaded applications.
- Familiarity with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) including API-level integration.
- Experience working with CI/CD infrastructure, preferably Concourse.
- Ability to lead and communicate technical direction with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in regulated domains like Healthcare, Embedded Systems, or Finance.
- Familiarity with microservice patterns and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
