Role Overview
We seek a skilled and experienced Sr. Java Backend/Full stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modern software development technologies and a passion for crafting efficient and scalable solutions. This role provides the flexibility of a hybrid working model, offering a balance between remote and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka.
- Leverage AWS services for scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure seamless containerization and deployment using Docker.
- Utilize Spring Boot for building and deploying production-ready applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the development lifecycle.
- Follow Agile practices and contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Java development.
- Technical Expertise:
- Java (Core and Advanced)
- Microservices Architecture
- Kafka for messaging and event-streaming
- AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
- Docker for containerization
- Spring Boot framework
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical skills.
