We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and design patterns, with proven experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure Java applications.
• Work extensively with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL to build efficient backend systems.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Apply software design patterns and best practices to ensure clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions to the team.

• Education: B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 5–8 years in backend development with strong proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• PostgreSQL (complex queries, indexing, optimization)
• Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, stream processing)
• Design Patterns & Object-Oriented Programming
• RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of database design, transactions, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in an agile environment.
