Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field focused on language processing
- 10+ years of experience in NLP with strong Python skills
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks and LLMs like BERT, GPT
- Deep understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, data structures, and modeling
- Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle: design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance
Responsibilities
- Design and develop NLP-based AI systems focusing on user intent, context, and output
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams for optimal UX
- Conduct user research and refine models based on feedback
- Stay updated on AI, NLP, and conversational tech trends
- Maintain engineering documentation and best practices
- Support QA and DevOps processes to enhance model performance
