JOB OVERVIEWLeiton India is seeking an experienced Lead/Senior .NET/C# Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with expertise in C#, .NET Framework and experience in both object-oriented and functional programming paradigms. You should be proficient in developing with .NET WebAPI and .NET Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and have experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
The main responsibility will be thedevelopment of our customized, in-house ERP system based on a client-server architecture using .NET/C# with a WPF desktop client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Development & System Design: Develop and maintain robust applications using .NET/C# Framework (including WebAPI and WPF). Contribute to design decisions, focusing on maintainability, simplicity, and usability. Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code.

● Database Management: Design and implement MySQL database schemas and queries. Ensure data integrity, clarity, and smooth day-to-day operations for robust database management.

● Quality Assurance: Write unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot application issues. Focus on identifying root causes and preventing future problems.

● Collaboration & Agile Practices: Work closely with a small team, actively participating in Agile development practices to ensure efficient collaboration and high-quality deliverables.

● Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation for code and system processes. Provide regular updates and status reports to the team and stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development /C#.
• Proficiency in .NET Web API, WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), and MySQL.
• Good understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

SELECTION PROCESS The recruitment process will be conducted in the following three stages:

1. Online Assessment Test:
Mental Ability Questions to assess logical reasoning and analytical thinking.Coding Problems to evaluate programming logic and problem-solving skills.

2. Technical Interview:
Shortlisted candidates will move on to a technical interview, conducted by the Head of Software from our German team. This round focuses on evaluating technical expertise, coding proficiency, and problem-solving approach.

3. HR Interview:
The final round is the HR interview, which assesses communication skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values and career expectations. Discussions may also include role responsibilities, compensation, and organizational policies.
