About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong proficiency in the .NET ecosystem, particularly with C# and API development, coupled with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for independently designing, developing, and implementing robust software applications, contributing to the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing applications and building new enterprise grade :

• Software Design & Development : Independently design, develop, and implement complex software applications and solutions using .NET and C#.
• API & Backend Services : Build, maintain, and optimize enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and other backend services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Code Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Participate actively in all levels of testing, including unit testing and manual testing.
• Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in software design meetings, daily Scrum sessions, and other Agile ceremonies, contributing to technical discussions and sprint planning.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization : Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs. Implement solutions to improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Application Enhancement: Modify and enhance existing applications to increase efficiency, usability, and functionality, aligning with evolving business requirements.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best coding :
• Education : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience.
• Experience : Minimum 10 years of hands-on software development Proficiency - Mandatory :
• .NET / C# : Strong expertise and proven proficiency in developing applications using the .NET framework and C#.
• API Development : Extensive experience in developing and consuming RESTful services and APIs.
• SQL : Strong proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Microsoft Azure : Strong experience in Microsoft Azure services and architecture (e.g., Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps).
• Methodologies : Solid working knowledge of Agile development principles and Scrum methodologies.
• Problem-Solving & Autonomy : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver high-quality results independently.
• Communication : Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical But Added Advantage :
• DevOps Tools : Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence).
