UpSmart Solutions is a growing IT services company providing innovative and scalable technology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our client Workday’s team and support their growing network infrastructure needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure.
• Manage Zscaler internet access and private access configurations across enterprise systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support and manage Juniper Mist wireless network components.
• Monitor network performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement improvements.
• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance and data protection standards.
• Participate in network-related projects, including migrations and deployments.
• Provide tier 3 support for complex network issues and escalations.
• Document network configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.
• Strong expertise in Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA) – implementation and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in managing Cisco routers and switches (CCNP or equivalent level knowledge preferred).
• Experience with Juniper Mist wireless platforms and cloud-based network management.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and network security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with global teams and supporting enterprise environments.

Preferred Certifications

• Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) – ZIA/ZPA
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Juniper Networks Certification (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
