We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cisco ACI Data Center Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) in a medium to large-scale data center environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the high availability, scalability, and security of our data center network infrastructure

.Key Responsibilities

• :Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ACI fabric infrastructure including APIC controllers, leaf, and spine switches
• .Configure and administer Cisco Nexus Dashboard (ND) Cluster for unified fabric management, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting across multiple ACI fabrics and data centers
• .Lead end-to-end implementation of Cisco ACI in multi-data center environments
• .Develop and enforce ACI policies, application profiles, endpoint groups (EPGs), L3-Out , contracts, and filters
• .Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Cisco ACI, fabric infrastructure, and data center networking
• .Collaborate with network architects, application teams, and other stakeholders to design scalable and resilient solutions
• .Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and proactive maintenance of ACI components
• .Integrate Cisco ACI with third-party solutions such as VMware NSX, firewalls, load balancers and cloud environments
• .Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline ACI fabric management using Python, Ansible, or Cisco NX-API
• .Monitor ACI health, performance, and capacity using tools like Cisco Network Insights and telemetry
• .Develop and enforce network segmentation policies using Cisco ACI application profiles, endpoint groups (EPGs), and contracts aligned with finance industry security and compliance requirements
• .Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior engineers
• .Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices
• .Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides

.Required Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• .5+ years of experience in data center networking with at least 3 years working extensively with Cisco ACI
• .Strong understanding of Cisco ACI architecture, components, and protocols (VXLAN, OTV etc)
• .Expertise in Cisco Nexus switches (9000 Series) and APIC controller management
• .Proficient in network protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and multicast
• .Familiriaty with data center virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• .Hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools (Python, Ansible, REST APIs)
• .Solid troubleshooting skills with packet capture and network analysis tools
• .Strong knowledge of data center security principles and network segmentation
• .Cisco certifications such as CCNP Data Center, CCIE Data Center, or Cisco ACI Specialist certification preferred
• .Excellent communication and teamwork skills
