Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional teams to attend story grooming sessions, gather requirements, and prepare technical impact documents.
- Design and implement robust, high-performance PL/SQL programs, including complex functions, procedures, triggers, packages, and collections.
- Develop and maintain unit test cases to ensure high-quality code, reliability, and functionality.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while adhering to quality standards and best practices.
- Perform database administration (DBA) activities, including performance tuning, monitoring, and optimizing database processes.
- Provide thorough support during the production, post-production, and maintenance phases, quickly addressing any technical issues or enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process improvements to ensure code maintainability and scalability.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, troubleshoot complex problems, and optimize existing processes for efficiency.
- Stay updated with Oracle’s latest features, tools, and technologies, applying best practices in software development to enhance overall system performance.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle-based applications with other systems and technologies.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and system configurations, ensuring knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
Skills Required:
- 15+ years of extensive experience in Implementation, Development, and Support projects related to Oracle PL/SQL based Enterprise Applications.
- Proven expertise in Oracle versions 10g, 11g, 12c, and higher, including in-depth knowledge of Oracle architecture and design principles
