About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters including design, development, testing, and maintenance of the existing application with minimal supervision.
2. Work on optimization and performance improvement activities. Instrument and test performance metrics.
3. Participate in peer-to-peer code review to improve the quality and maintenance of the codebase.
4. Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders such as product, business, DBA, and Dev Ops.
5. Design and implement APIs for web/mobile (both Andriod & iOS) applications.
6. To be available on call for the projects or features developed by you. Things break, you will be responsible to fix it when it does.

Other Requirements:

1. We are hiring freshers for junior positions

2. Hands-on experience and knowledge of engineering end-to-end systems.

3. Understanding of complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews.

4. Familiarity with multiple software development practices and tools

5. Ability to write clean, modular, and loosely coupled code by the use of design patterns.

6. Proficiency in the implementation of algorithms and the use of advanced data structures to solve problems in computing.

7. A solid foundation and implementing principles of computer science is a must. Ex: object-oriented programming, concurrency, fundamentals of computer science, SQL databases.
