Senior PHP Developer

Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PHP Full Stack Developer who excels in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PHP (Laravel, Core PHP, WordPress plugin customization) and have strong hands-on experience in JavaScript frameworks like React.js and Node.js. This role is perfect for someone who loves building clean, scalable web applications and can handle everything from backend architecture to frontend design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP (Laravel, Core PHP)
• Customize and extend WordPress plugins and themes at the code level
• Build modern UIs using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
• Integrate backend APIs using Node.js when necessary
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, etc.)
• Optimize website performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA teams for smooth delivery
• Handling multiple projects together

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in PHP development, including Laravel and Core PHP
• Strong understanding of WordPress, including plugin/theme development and customization
• Proficient in React.js and familiar with frontend frameworks and state management (e.g., Redux)
• Experience working with Node.js for backend services and API creation
• Expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Familiarity with MySQL, MongoDB, and database optimization
• Solid understanding of Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
