Overview
PHP developer responsible for building high-performing, responsive enterprise-class web applications. An ideal candidate should be highly adept at writing clean, testable, and scalable code to develop back-end elements, integrate the front-end elements in the web application, and manage the data interchange between the server(s). The developer must have a basic understanding of front-end technologies and work in collaboration with front-end developers.
- Experience developing web applications using latest version of PHP Frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter)
- Good Experience in SQL, able to work on database schemas/queries
- Experience in handling large data queries, parsing data and creating reports
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong unit test and debugging skills
- Experience working with dev tools including Git, Jenkins, and bug tracking tools like Jira
- Expertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Micro Services, with demonstrable production-scale experience
- Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, SQL in Unix and Windows environments
- Strong background working with Linux / UNIX environments
- Strong Shell scripting experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UI/UX, QA and product managers to achieve business goals
- For Senior positions, knowledge of Python, Cloud Computing and AWS Services is a plus. Also, exposure to Development of CRM, Helpdesk, Ticketing applications.
- Experience in VTiger, SugarCRM, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM (and its plugins).
