Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Application Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Application Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing the development of software systems, ensuring their scalability, maintainability, and performance. Your role will involve making high-level design decisions, defining technical standards, and managing the entire software development lifecycle. You will play a crucial part in project management, resource allocation, and ensuring the timely delivery of applications. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, mentorship to junior developers, and actively contribute to architectural decisions.

• CodeIgniter Development: Lead and contribute to the development of robust and scalable web applications using PHP with a strong focus on CodeIgniter 3 and 4 [1][6].
• Code Optimization: Write clean and well-designed code, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to coding standards.
• Specification Production: Produce detailed specifications to guide the development process, ensuring a clear roadmap for implementation [3].
• Troubleshooting and Testing: Effectively troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• API Payment Integration: Utilize experience in API payment integration to seamlessly incorporate secure and efficient payment functionalities into web applications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and designers, to efficiently deliver new front-end experiments [4][5].

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in lead roles, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
