Senior PHP Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior PHP Developer to lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will play a key role in system architecture, code quality, and mentoring junior developers. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality PHP applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and front-end developers to deliver new features.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Optimize existing systems and applications for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Architect and implement complex software solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into existing systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented PHP, PHP 7/8.
• Expertise with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
• Solid understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vue.js or React is a plus).
• Proficient with Git, Docker, Composer, and modern development tools.
• Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development (PHPUnit, Codeception).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:
