Senior PHP Developer

Overview

Job Responsibilities:

• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented PHP code.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Work with frameworks such as Laravel / CodeIgniter.
• Create and integrate APIs (REST, JSON).
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Optimize application for performance and scalability.
• Perform code reviews and participate in daily team meetings.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of PHP (Core and OOP).
• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar PHP frameworks.
• Good understanding of MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BCA / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. (IT/CS) or related field.
• Experience with CMS like WordPress, Magento (optional but preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Linux hosting and deployment process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
