About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Laravel Developer to join our team. You should be confident handling everything from development to deployment, and comfortable working with large, pre-existing codebases. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in building, maintaining, and improving web applications with clean, scalable code.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and modern PHP practices.
• Work on both frontend and backend — from database design to user interface implementation.
• Understand, navigate, and refactor legacy code when needed.
• Optimize performance and scalability of applications.
• Implement APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, other developers, and project managers to deliver features on time.
• Manage the full software lifecycle — from coding and testing to deployment and maintenance.
• Handle server environments, deployments, and monitoring of live applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Laravel and the broader PHP ecosystem.

Proficiency in frontend technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js/React, HTML5, CSS3, etc.).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.

Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database design.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) is an bonus.

Experience working with and improving existing codebases.

Comfortable managing servers and working in a Linux environment.

Knowledge of Docker, Redis, and modern development tools is a big plus.

Problem-solver with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice to Have:

Experience with automated testing (PHPUnit, Dusk, etc.)

Knowledge of DevOps and cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.)
