The candidate must have hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects with strong knowledge in design, architect solutions in SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP), Kinaxis Rapid Response, S4 planning and SAP APO.

Educational Qualification

The candidate must have a high degree of experience and understanding in SIOP Planning. Must have the ability manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management and will drive consensus on complex business solutions. The candidate must possess the capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements and will provide industry subject matter expertise in Supply chain Planning.

Required Skiils

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in SAP IBP Demand, IBP Supply and IBP inventory.
• Candidate must have strong hands-on experience and support in Kinaxis Rapid response Demand, Supply and Inventory.
• S4 HANA MRP planning
• Knowledge in SAP APO DP and SNP.
• Configuration of SAP IBP master data, Planning area, Key figures, Key figure calculations, Time profiles, Analytics, Planning operators and Integration jobs.
• Knowledge in SAP CIDS and data mapping.
• Ability to configure Workbooks, Worksheets, Filters, Tasks, Alerts, Metrics and Dashboards in Kinaxis Rapid response web and Java versions.
• S4 HANA MRP Planning and Master data.
• Kinaxis and SAP IBP integration with ECC / S4 HANA.
• Configuration of Planning area, Key figures, CVC, Planning books and Data views in SAP APO DP & SNP.
• Configuration of Heuristics, Macros and CIF in SAP APO.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, writing SAP requirements, process modeling, and data mapping.
• Strong ability to present ideas and information in group settings. Has the ability to persuade, negotiate, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated experience successfully defining and documenting projects that drive positive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand.
• Must have participated in at least two SAP full life cycle implementations.
• Integration with Manufacturing and Supply chain.
