Senior Python Developer - Django/Flask/FastAPI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong backend expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of owning complex modules end to end.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong expertise in databases : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL, and ClickHouse
• Experience in REST APIs, external integrations, and backend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and FastAPI
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently on complex modules and contribute to technical and architectural discussions
• Willingness to work in PST hours and provide weekend support when required
  
  

• Experience with distributed systems, asynchronous processing, or cloud platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams
• Take ownership of production issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution
• Follow engineering best practices and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
