Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Python applications using frameworks like Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
- Architect and manage scalable microservices-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment.
- Work on backend APIs and optionally contribute to frontend development (React, Angular, Vue).
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Ensure secure coding practices and code reviews.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in code quality and development processes.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Microservice Architecture or Data-driven/Layered Architectures (Mandatory).
- Solid understanding of ORM (Object Relational Mapping).
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and frameworks like React JS/Angular/Vue JS (Optional).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git (including rollback strategies).
- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases; version control for DB schema
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- AWS Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
- Experience in training/deploying AI/ML Models, including LLMs or image processing (Nice to have)
- Working knowledge of Flet framework
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Experience with tools like Terraform, with understanding of API-based infra configuration (Optional)
- Experience with service tracking and sync across environments
- Work on real-time, large-scale products
