Senior Python Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and optimize scalable backend solutions. This role requires expertise in AWS, ETL pipelines, Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), and Full-Stack development using Django or Flask. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance applications that handle large-scale data processing and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python with Django or Flask.
• ETL & Big Data Processing: Design and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing using Spark, Hadoop, and related technologies.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, Glue, RDS). Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• API Development: Build and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Database Management: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Full-Stack Capabilities: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate backend functionality. Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Performance Optimization: Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance and scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure application security, data sovereignty, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with ETL processes and Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Kafka).
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Glue, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
