Senior Python Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Python Developer with a strong background in AI/ML, Node.js, and MVC-based frameworks to join our fast-growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems, integrating AI-driven features, and ensuring seamless application performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using Node.js and microservices architecture.
• Design and implement AI/ML models, pipelines, and integrate them into production systems.
• Work with MVC frameworks to develop clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Solid experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV.
• Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of MVC frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with API development, OAuth, and JWT authentication.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI projects.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
