Senior Python Developer

About the Role

We’re seeking a Software Architect (Senior Developer) to design, build, and enhance our eco-friendly, networked mobility platform. You’ll lead backend development, guide a team of developers, and shape the technical direction of our products using Python and Django.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance scalable backend systems using Python/Django.
• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices in architecture and coding.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery—from architecture to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs within the platform ecosystem.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and technical decision-making.
• Support and coordinate with other technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7–9 years of software development experience, including backend/full-stack.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Terraform, Ansible, Grafana.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of e-mobility protocols and ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
