JOB TITLE: Zilliant CPQ Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Experience required: 4 to 7 years

JOB SUMMARY:

Argano is searching for a Zilliant Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Delivery team. We are looking for individuals who are actively engaged and strive to produce high quality results. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be dedicated to quality assurance activities throughout the entire software development life cycle. In this role you will assist with troubleshooting and testing to ensure that developed products meet requirements and design specifications. The ideal candidate will have excellent documentation skills, knowledge around defect identification and management, and possess the desire for continuous development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop and execute automated and manual testing scripts on Zilliant CPQ software.
• Research and documentation of all identified issues and resolution prior to deployment.
• Help to define test cases and strategy to validate application software and backend databases.
• Assist with software testing and verification for Zilliant CPQ software and deliverables.
• Provide metrics and assist with project team reporting of project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Remain adaptable and responsive to all communications, even while under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Take initiative to stay current on evolving quality assurance and related industry innovations and best practices

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant coursework or certifications in development, quality assurance and/or testing.

EXPERIENCE :

• 5 or more years of progressive software testing experience in a QA environment, preferably within a manufacturing related industry.
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with various test environments, different approaches, needs and tools.
• Previous experience within an agile environment, or blended methodology environment (agile/waterfall), and hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA.
• Working knowledge of any combination of the following:
  • Product hierarchies and configuration
  • Quoting
  • Approval workflows
  • Permissions and visibility rules
  • End-to-end quote workflows
• Production implementation (including planning, support, and execution).
• Ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully across diverse audiences and teams.
• Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Software development experience with exposure to multiple software development methodologies preferred.
• Basic understanding of the manufacturing industries, or the willingness to learn.
• Previous experience testing API’s using tools such as Postman, Swagger, etc.
• Previous experience testing BI reports or similar.
Previous experience testing CPQ systems or other SaaS software.

• Communication : Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for collaborating with team members and conveying findings to clients. Proficient in English
