Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Remote

Position Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our India team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance processes, particularly in software testing and delivery. You will be responsible for performing QA activities for an enterprise application, setting up test strategies, automating tests, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. Your expertise will help shape the QA practices and ensure the continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Coordinate the QA team, mentor junior QAs, and guide QA best practices.
• Collaborate with the development and project management teams to identify system requirements and functionalities.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Monitor and manage defects throughout their life cycle and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Lead the setup of test environments and ensure proper configurations for testing.
• Implement and oversee test automation frameworks for continuous integration and delivery.
• Provide leadership in the design, implementation, and execution of QA strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any identified issues or failures.
• Stay updated with emerging QA trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with API, performance, and security testing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
