Senior QA Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team and drive quality assurance across our product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automation testing, a strong command of English, and a passion for delivering robust and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure quality at every stage
• Use tools like Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, and others to automate and optimize QA processes
• Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive quality reports post-project
• Lead QA efforts within the team and mentor junior QA engineers
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills – fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential
• Proven expertise in Manual and Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Selenium
• TestNG
• JMeter
• Postman
• API Testing
• Solid understanding of Performance Testing and Security Testing practices.
• Ability to write detailed bug reports, test documentation, and post-project test analysis
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality deliverables
