Senior QA Engineer

Job Description

We are hiring for Senior QA Engineer role at Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Java, Cucumber, and Serenity.

Review and optimize API test suites (functional, security, load) using REST Assured, Postman, and Gatling.

Architect CI/CD-ready testing workflows within Jenkins pipelines, integrated with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).

Define QA strategies and environment setups using Helm, Kustomize, and Kubernetes manifests.

Validate digital payment journeys (tokenization, authorization, fallback) against EMV, APDU, and ISO 20022 specs.

Drive technical discussions with cross-functional Dev/DevOps/R&D teams.

Mentor junior QAs, conduct code/test reviews, and enforce test coverage and quality standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

4–8 years of hands-on experience in test automation and DevOps.

Deep understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and scalable system design.

Experience working in cloud-native environments (Azure & AWS).

Knowledge of APDU formats, EMV specs, ISO 20022, and tokenization flows is a strong plus.

Exposure to secure payment authorization protocols and transaction validations.

Languages & Frameworks: Java, JUnit/TestNG, Serenity, Cucumber, REST Assured

Cloud Platforms: Azure (VMs, Functions, AKS), AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM)

DevOps/Containerization: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS), Helm, Kustomize, Maven

API & Performance Testing: Postman, Gatling

Proficient in test environment provisioning and pipeline scripting

Domain Knowledge Required

Deep understanding of card tokenization, EMV standards, and APDU formats

Experience with payment authorization flows across methods (credit, debit, wallets, NFC)

Familiarity with ISO 20022 and other financial messaging standards
