Senior QA Engineer (Web & Mobile)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can own end-to-end quality across both web and mobile applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in manual testing + test automation, along with the ability to mentor and lead junior QA engineers. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure fast, reliable releases without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end QA strategy for web and mobile applications
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Perform hands-on manual testing across functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms
• Ensure test coverage across APIs, UI, and integrations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Identify, track, and drive resolution of bugs and performance issues
• Lead release quality validation and sign-offs
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, including reviews and best practices
• Drive process improvements, QA standards, and documentation

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in: Manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) & Automation testing (web + mobile)
• Experience with automation tools such as: Web: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress & Mobile: Appium or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, REST APIs)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
