Job Description

• For real estate residential and commercial high-rise structures, ensuring product quality through implementation of quality assurance and quality control system, for all projects.
• Carrying out quality checks on materials and workmanship at construction sites and ensuring conformance to standards. Knowledge of applicable codes.
• Carryout Quality Control Inspections at defined stage as per approved ITPs, Drawings, Specifications for all structure.
• Carryout Quality checks that the implementation of correct construction practices for all structural works are in compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, Drawings,specifications. Carry out post concrete audits and raise NCRs, classifying them into major or minor and monitor their closure
• Carryout Inspections. of all materials delivered at site as well as inspections at vendors / suppliers premises and compliance with standard specifications.
• c. Carryout inspections for formwork, concrete pre -concrete checks, including checking the xyz coordinates, levels,plumb, and Compliances with specifications for shuttering and reinforcement works.
• Check the reinforcement w r t the latest VFC, shall carryout random sample checks for correctness of BBS as per the reference drawings.
• Verification of the fresh concrete quality (randomly) such as concrete slump, cohesiveness, retention time, concrete mix batching sheets against the approved design mix at the time concrete pouring.
• f. Raising NCRs (post concrete activities, waterproofing, masonry, gypsum, plaster) to the contractors for non conformity at site, coming up with root causes and taking corrective actions.

Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University

Location : Kanjurmarg Mumbai

Experience :7 - 8 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in premium high rise residential projects

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Knowledge of applicable IS codes for construction and testing of materials, conversant with Site Laboratory set up and testing. Experience of High Grade Concrete Mix Designs and testing
• Working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Competent in problem solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹489,593.13 - ₹1,570,778.54 per year
