Senior React Developer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to join our development team in Pune and Chennai. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with React.js, front-end development best practices, and modern web development tools and methodologies. This role requires close collaboration with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly web applications.Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with design teams to transform wireframes and UI designs into high-quality code.
• Implement reusable components and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services into the front-end application.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in front-end development including code reviews, unit testing, and following coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and emerging technologies in frontend development.
• Mentor junior developers, review their code, and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA, and product managers to ensure smooth delivery of features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development in Reactjs.
• Strong understanding of React.js concepts, including hooks, state management, lifecycle methods, and component composition.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience working with API integrations (RESTful and GraphQL).
• Exposure to performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar testing frameworks.
• Basic understanding of Node.js for occasional backend work (if needed).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
• Experience with frontend monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry).

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
