We are seeking a highly experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance, while ensuring the codebase is maintainable, reusable, and scalable. Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable React components for front-end development projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality code.
• Maintain and improve existing React applications to enhance performance and usability.
• Implement state management libraries such as Redux to manage data flows.
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code adhering to best practices and standards.
• Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Work closely with product managers and back-end developers to integrate APIs effectively.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software across various browsers and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and propose improvements.
• Train and mentor junior developers, promoting skills and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and agile development cycles.
• Document technical specifications and operational guidelines for development tasks.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Extensive experience with React.js frameworks and its core principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of such services into React apps.
• Thorough understanding of version control systems, particularly Git or similar tools.
• Excellent knowledge of browser testing and debugging techniques and tools.
• Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance across diverse devices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of handling complex project tasks in an agile workflow.
