We’re seeking a Senior React Developer with a deep understanding of modern front-end development. The ideal candidate has experience architecting component libraries, integrating complex APIs, managing state in large-scale applications, and delivering exceptional user experiences across devices.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Probation: 15 days

• We are only looking for individual contractors. No agencies please.
• This is a full-time contractor role. It does not include traditional employee benefits (insurance, PF, etc.). Standard TDS will be deducted from payments, and tax filing is the contractor’s responsibility.
  

• Architect and build modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using frameworks like Tailwind CSS or styled-components.
• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs with robust error handling, caching, and optimistic updates.
• Implement application-wide state management using tools like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
• Own and improve the front-end build pipelines (Webpack/Vite), CI/CD flows, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver intuitive and consistent user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress).
  

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in React.js.
• Strong command over TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and functional programming patterns.
• Proficiency with component libraries (e.g., MUI, Chakra, custom design systems).
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Jotai, etc.).
• Familiarity with API integration (REST and GraphQL), Axios or Apollo Client.
• Hands-on experience with modern styling tools like Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Emotion.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals.
• Comfort with CI/CD workflows, version control (Git), and agile processes.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setup.
• Bonus: Exposure to Next.js, SSR/SSG, Vite, Storybook, or testing with Cypress.
  

Days 1–15: Probation & Onboarding

• Deliver a small React module with reusable components and unit tests.
• Submit a code review or improvement plan on an existing front-end implementation.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactive communication with the team.

Days 16–30: Feature Delivery & Integration

• Ship a fully integrated front-end feature with backend APIs.
• Improve performance, accessibility, or UI consistency in an existing screen or workflow.
• Conduct a peer review or participate in pairing sessions.

Days 31–45: Scale, Secure, and Own

• Deliver a complex, production-grade user flow or reusable UI library.
• Patch a UI/UX issue or technical debt with measurable impact.
• Establish yourself as a go-to front-end expert across projects.
