Job Title – Senior Research & Data Analyst

Department—Data Analysis & Research

Reporting To—COO

Responsibilities And Duties

 Providing statistical and analytical support to the research team, as required.

 Responding to internal and external queries based on comprehensive primary & secondary research.

 Conduct complex data analysis to derive actionable insights and trends.

 Contributing to the publication of reports, articles, and data, including the production of official statistics publications.

 Interpret data sourced from political & Social media insights and ground surveys and offer consequential recommendations to support decision-making processes.

 Develop and apply statistical models to analyze large datasets.

 Use statistical techniques to predict future trends or outcomes with e tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others to present complex data in a comprehensible manner.

 Should have strong hold on Data Visualization, represent of Graphical dashboards and present the data to higher managements.

 Identify opportunities for process optimization by applying critical thinking to solve complex business problems using data

 Working with other researchers to deliver quantitative and qualitative research projects

 Helping to advise and support teams across functions on appropriate methodologies when undertaking research and evidence-gathering activities

 Critically reviewing reports produced by peers, academics and other agencies to present an impeccable data & reports.

Qualifications

 Master's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, computer science, or Data Science

 Proven experience in handling large datasets and conducting complex data analysis.

 Proficient in programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python or R.

 Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.

 Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

 Keen attention to detail, especially in data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy.
