We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of experience as Analyst and in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical team, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions.
• Frequent discussion with the business to ensure the proper transition of business requirements into JIRA tickets.
• Maintain JIRA board for the effective Project Management.
• Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
• Develop Flows, apex classes, triggers as per the business needs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and functional specs.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce releases.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide user training demo and support during go-live and post-deployment phases.
• Maintain Salesforce best practices and ensure system scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations.
• Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and version control (Git).
• Exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
