Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a seasoned SAP Security & GRC Consultant with over a decade of hands-on experience. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Security, GRC Access Control, and a proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting, deploying, and maintaining robust SAP security solutions and governance frameworks that span global enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Security

• Spearhead the design, configuration, and management of SAP Security roles and authorizations across SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Develop and sustain SAP roles in alignment with security best practices and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
• Execute user provisioning, troubleshoot authorizations, and engage in security risk mitigation.
• Conduct thorough security audits, pinpoint vulnerabilities, and implement corrective measures.
• Facilitate security integration with Fiori apps, SAP HANA DB, BW/4HANA, and other SAP components.

GRC Access Control

• Configure, manage, and support SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control, including ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM modules.
• Conduct SoD analysis, customize rule sets, and plan remediation strategies.
• Enhance governance processes for user access management, firefighter usage, access request workflows, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with business and audit teams to ensure compliance with corporate security policies.

SAP S/4HANA & Implementation Projects

• Lead or support multiple end-to-end SAP implementation and migration projects, including both greenfield and brownfield deployments.
• Conduct security blueprinting, facilitate workshops, and gather requirements with business and functional teams.
• Design and implement S/4HANA role concepts, including Fiori catalog/role mapping and custom authorization objects.
• Support cutover planning, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and post-go-live hypercare.
• Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA security innovations and simplification items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of SAP Security & GRC consulting experience.
• Experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation projects.
• SAP or security-related certifications (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security design, Fiori Security, and HANA DB authorizations.
• Proficiency in SAP GRC 10.x/12.x (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, Solution Manager Security.
• Experience in SoD analysis and remediation.
• Familiarity with SAP Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• SAP Cloud security experience (IAS/IPS, BTP Security) is an optional plus.
• Understanding of IDM and ITGC controls (desirable).
