Overview

Qualifications: ? 12+ years' experience as a dedicated Scrum Master. ? Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices. ? Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. ? Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Key Responsibilities: ? Facilitation: Run all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) effectively and on time. ? Coaching: Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality, and the Product Owner on maximizing the value of the product and managing the Product Backlog. ? Impediment Removal: Identify and remove roadblocks or distractions that hinder the team's productivity. ? Process Improvement: Lead the team to continuously inspect and adapt its practices, improving the flow and quality of work. ? Shielding: Protect the team from external interruptions and non-Scrum requests during the Sprint. ? Organizational Change: Help the organization understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
