Role Overview:

Ekshvaku Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master with experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) models and the ability to set up Agile frameworks from scratch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-vendor project management, healthcare domain expertise, and handling multiple international clients.

This role requires expertise in RAID log management, RAG status tracking, Confluence, JIRA, sprint monitoring, release management, resource management, and Agile coaching. The candidate must be extremely proactive, with strong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Establish and implement Agile best practices in new and existing teams.
• Set up Agile frameworks from scratch, including defining processes, coaching teams, and driving Agile transformation.
• Lead teams through Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) implementation.

Multi-Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate and manage engagements with multiple vendors across different geographies.
• Communicate effectively with international clients to align expectations and ensure project success.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.

Dependency & Risk Management

• Identify, track, and proactively resolve dependencies to prevent project delays.
• Maintain and update the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) for transparency.
• Monitor and report the RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status to stakeholders, escalating risks when necessary.

JIRA & Confluence Management

• Manage JIRA workflows, backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and Agile dashboards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and knowledge sharing on Confluence.

Sprint & Release Management

• Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and burndown charts to track team performance.
• Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring seamless product deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and delivery efficiency.

Resource Management & Onboarding

• Identify, filter, and onboard the right resources for project needs.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to interview and assess potential candidates.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring smooth team integration.

Reporting & Proactive Stakeholder Communication

• Prepare and share detailed reports on project progress, sprint health, risks, and key Agile metrics.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns proactively.
• Be extremely proactive in handling project challenges and driving resolutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in healthcare domain projects.
• Expertise in multi-vendor project management and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience in setting up Agile frameworks from scratch and driving Agile transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) models.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project tracking tools.
• Experience in handling multiple international clients across different time zones.
• Proven skills in RAID log management, RAG tracking, and dependency resolution.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to monitor sprint progress, release planning, and project execution.
• Experience in resource management, including filtering, interviewing, onboarding, and team integration.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills to keep leadership informed on project status.
• Highly proactive with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Experience in healthcare technology projects is a plus.
