Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Developer with strong backend development experience and domain expertise in the FinTech industry. This role focuses on building high-performance financial systems, including payment integrations, payout processing, and real-time architecture. The position is full-time and based in Dehradun, offering long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based financial applications and microservices.
• Integrate and manage third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, Stripe, Paytm).
• Develop and maintain payout systems using IMPS, NEFT, UPI, and direct bank APIs.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations.
• Implement and manage event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
• Use Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with security and financial standards (e.g., PCI DSS, data encryption).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best coding practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and system reliability.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations and payout processing workflows.
• Solid understanding of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Proficient in Redis for caching and optimization.
• Strong experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
