Our Ideal Candidate:

• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Understands business goals and architects solutions accordingly
• Communicates fluently in English with our international team
• Has extensive experience reviewing code and providing constructive feedback
• Expert-level proficiency in at least 2 C-family languages (JavaScript, C#, Python, etc.)
• Strong experience with both RDBMS and document databases
• Track record of success in SaaS environments
• Eager to learn new technologies as needed
• Leverages AI tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) effectively in development workflow

We're looking for the person who consistently delivers complete, production-ready features - not someone who gets things 60% done. If you're the one your previous teams relied on to actually get things across the finish line, we want to talk to you.

We've embraced AI-assisted development with Claude 4, but we need someone experienced enough to harness its power while catching its mistakes. Junior developers need not apply - this role requires the wisdom to know when AI helps and when human expertise is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,100,000.00 per year
