About The Team

The Algorithms team consists of collaborative, high-performing engineers with the mandate to build/enhance/maintain algorithms to optimize complex supply chains.

Our algorithms move the global economy-- in seconds, not hours, or days. Our customers have terabytes of data that needs to be analyzed for the largest supply chains imaginable. If you are interested to solve these complex problems at scale, this is the place to be.

What You Will Do

• Develop high quality features with a focus on solving complex supply chain problems
• Build prototypes and conduct design investigations to clarify requirements and resolve technical uncertainty
• Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers, product designers and product managers in open-minded agile environment
• Innovate with Generative AI and new technologies

• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Total 8+ years of industry experience, predominantly in building high performance applications
• 5 to 7 years’ experience developing enterprise-grade applications, preferably in Java / C++
• Strong advocacy for product quality and building highly maintainable software
• Solid understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming
• Experience developing reliable, efficient, and scalable APIs
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines for software delivery
  
  

• Experience in Supply Chain Optimization using Operations Research or Heuristics is a definite plus
• Experience using tools like Visual Studio, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory
• Be a champion for technology within the team
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure (Azure preferred)
• Demonstrated willingness to mentor junior team members
