Our current technology stack includes Next.js, Python, and Docker, though we prioritize sound engineering practices, scalability, and adaptability over adherence to any specific tools or frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of AI-powered applications
• Make informed architectural decisions and provide technical leadership to the development team
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to deliver robust and scalable features
• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software
• Remain actively involved in coding and problem-solving as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior-level software engineer or technical lead
• Strong technical foundation with a language-agnostic approach to problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align engineering teams toward common goals
• Proficiency with modern development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML technologies and their integration into software products
