Whom are we looking for?

A seasoned software engineer (10+ years) with strong experience in software development, distributed systems, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

Hands-on expertise in Linux-based development, performance tuning, and system-level programming using Golang

Proven ability to lead large-scale engineering initiatives, set architectural direction, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Solid background in AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFront, etc.), CI/CD automation, and containerization/orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Excellent communicator with the ability to align technical vision with business goals, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams and geographies.

Excellent leadership skills, ability to lead and mentor engineering team and provide technical recommendations, and perform code review

Has experince in effectively participating in system design, architecture, and developing POC's.
