- Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support and expertise during the API onboarding process
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive API documentation, including integration guides, best practices, and troubleshooting manuals
- Training: Develop and conduct advanced training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on API usage and integration techniques
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex API-related issues, enhancing overall integration processes
- Technical Analysis: Perform technical analysis to evaluate the feasibility, performance, and security of API solutions. Identify potential technical challenges and work with development teams to address them
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in API services and onboarding procedures
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in API development, integration, or support
- 2+ years in a senior or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior team members
- Solid understanding of API security best practices and protocols
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API management platforms (e.g.Postman)
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for API development, such as Python, Java, or Node.js
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Communication: Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex API-related issues
- Customer Service: Proven commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., API management, cloud computing)
