Overview
Our first class AEM team is growing, and there is a ton of opportunity for individuals to be an integral part of it! We are looking for an AEM Back-End Developer who can perform custom platform development for enterprise-level customers. This role will be responsible for taking projects through the entire life cycle. You will tackle problems and resolve complex issues, while working in a distributed environment. A successful team member will be proactive and be collaborative!

- Develop mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
- Prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
- Actively participate in client meetings.
- BS/MS degree, bootcamp graduate, or equivalent self-education
- 3+ years of professional hands-on AEM development
- Experience building sites using AEM Cloud Service or AEM 6.5
- Proficiency with AEM, Java, and Sling
- Solid understanding of systems design, caching, and persistence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with modern programming architecture
- Worked with Agile development, preferably SCRUM, and Unit Testing
- Experience in AEM migration projects
