Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in customizing Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.), integrating it with internal systems using Power Platform and Azure services, and extending functionality through PowerApps, plugins, and modern UI technologies like React.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that drive operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Solution Development & Customization: Design, build, and deploy custom workflows, plugins, and extensions using C#, JavaScript, PowerApps, and the Dynamics SDK.
- System Integration: Develop and maintain robust integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms using APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
- Configuration & Implementation: Configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Techno-Functional Analysis: Analyze business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct peer code reviews, ensure performance-optimized code, and enforce development best practices.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify, diagnose, and resolve application issues; provide Level 2/3 support as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all customizations, workflows, and integration logic.
- Testing & QA: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Upgrade & Release Management: Support Dynamics 365 upgrades, patch deployments, and rollouts of new features and capabilities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close partnership with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Skills & Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation, including customization and configuration.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong command over C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Practical experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Web APIs, Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and SQL Server.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Workflows, Plugins, PowerApps, CPQ, and custom integrations.
- Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.
